"GYLA" will monitor the sources of financing presidential candidates, including bank loans, within the election monitoring.

Irma Pavliashvili,the executive director of "Georgian Young Lawyers" Association" speaks about a fact, that Salome Zurabishvili borrowed one million GEL from " Cartu Bank" and explains that the presidential candidate does not have right to do it.

According to Irma Pavliashvili, the Audit Office should be interested in how the interest rate will be applied by the same commercial bank to any other presidential candidate if they require a million as a credit.

According to the current legislation, the candidate, who collects more than 10% of the elections, will be able to get a million GEL from the state.
