Increasing tariff on electricity - Hearing of Labor Party"s suit was postponed to December 11

A Hearing of the Labor Party"s suit in the City Court was postponed to December 11. The suit is related to the increased tariff of electricity in 2017.

At today"s trial, the defence appealed with a motion to involve experts who would discuss whether the electricity tariff should be increased.

The judge satisfied the motion.

Representatives of the "Labor Party" consider the decision made by GNERC two years ago regarding the increase in the tariff is illegal.
