Presidential Candidates today are meeting with observers of international organizations who will monitor the voting procedure of October 28.

Meetings have already started and are held in closed format with OSCE, NATO, European Parliament, Council of Europe and PACE.

Presidential elections will be held tomorrow, October 28.
