Last night, two people injured in the attack in Akhalkalaki were questioned. The procedure took place in a traumatologic hospital for about 5 hours, as the victims are still in the clinic. According to the investigator, the interrogation of all persons participating in the attack is under way. The lawyers ask for the article to be requalified. According to them, the article of the obstruction of political activities and the creation of a criminal organized group should be added to hooliganism.

"The victims say they were abused for their political activities," said the lawyer Maia Mumladze.

Another attorney involved in the case, Vakhtang Iashvili, says that the article under which the case is launched is a hooliganism, but they are demanding to requalify the case as there was a political motive. Iashvili speaks about the organized criminal gang in Akhalkalaki.

"In Akhalkalaki there is an organized criminal group that is directly managed by Enzel Mkoyan," said Vakhtang Iashvili.
