The presidential candidate of the United Opposition Grigol Vashadze responds to the decision of the government and says that the decision to withdraw the draft law on export and cultivation of marijuana is a victory of the society.
According to Grigol Vashadze, this was an example of what society can do if it is united.

Grigol Vashadze reminds the society that Bidzina Ivanishvili personally requested the marijuana cultivation/export bill and if the ruling political force seizes the president"s chair, this bill will be returned.

"Today the authorities could not resist the pressure of the Georgian citizen who once again demonstrated its strength and this is the victory of all citizens of Georgia, civil society and united opposition.

"If they get the president"s post, they will return the bill to the parliament, "said Vashadze.
