The Tbilisi City Court did not satisfy the appeal of the United Opposition.

The case concerns the abolition of 4 ballot papers supporting Grigol Vashadze at Krtsanisi polling station N 22.

The opposition demanded their restoration. The reason for the cancellation is the fact that all the candidates except for one in the ballot papers were crossed out and therefore the voter`s choice was not clearly specified.

"Strenght is in unity" is going to appeal against the verdict today.

"We will appeal this decision in the Court of Appeal. The majority in the commission does not mean that the real ballot papers can be invalidated, "said Lille Liparteliani from the National Movement.
