Prime Minister of Georgia plans to present the program at the Government Meeting today.

Authorities say that there are many citizens n the so-called "the black list" and the changes that the government must pursue are oriented towards economic development.

The ruling team recognizes that the population has problems with bank liabilities, but they claim that the government"s plan, which has elaborated for several months already, will be effective in overcoming the crisis.

"The work regarding excessive bank liabilities and the rehabilitation of people in black list has been going on for a long tme already. This is a very serious problem that our economy has. Our program and details will be announced tomorrow, most of them are amnesty, which may be announced on certain loans. We need to make changes so as not to damage our economy, "- said Giorgi Kobulia, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia.
