In response to the statement of the NGOs that the initiative is a pre-election bribery and is a violation of the law, the prime minister says that the elections are held in a democratic environment and any violations will be reacted to .
"As for the NGO"s assessment - since 2012 the "Georgian Dream" is a guarantor that Georgia is holding free, democratic and transparent elections. Naturally, any violation or reaction must be very strict, "- Mamuka Bakhtadze said.

Other members of the government categorically exclude the attempt to bribe the voters. The ministers consider ungrounded the statements made by NGOs in this regard .

"I do not see bribing of the voters in this because we have virtually justified the fact that this initiative has been prepared for a long time. If any organization refuses to cooperate within this project, "- said Giorgi Kobulia, the Economy Minister.

According to the initiative of the Government, the debts of the so-called debtors Citizens in black list will be paiddebts, but the debts will only be written to the persons whose loan is less than 2000 GEL. According to the Prime Minister, there are 600,000 citizens in this country and their debt is worth a billion GEL.

The loan will not affect those who have a loan above 2000 GEL.
