The case of murder of teenagers - "European Georgia" is demanding the visit of the Minister of Internal Affairs Giorgi Gadaria to the Parliament. They have put this initiative at the bureau session once again.
"European Georgia" requests concrete explanations from Giorgi Gakharia on fulfillment of the recommendations issued by the Commission on the murder case on Khorava Street.
"We expect that the Minister of Internal Affairs will come to the parliament and meet with the minority and answer the questions we have again and again in connection with Saralidze"s case. These recommendations relate to the dismissal of high-ranking officials and the investigation into their actions, "said Sergi Kapanadze, chairman of the Investigative Commission of European Georgia.
In the parliamentary majority say that the minister is likely to arrive in the legislative body this week, but the exact time and format of the meeting is unknown.
"Giorgi has never refused to come to Parliament and never shunned away from any questions. Today, we will probably talk about the time of the meeting with the opposition, about the time and format we will probably inform the society this evening, "- MP Mamuka Mdinaradze, a member of the parliamentary majority says.
The National Movement does not see the Minister"s intention to come to the Parliament because they do not have the political will to investigate the case.
