Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze responded to debates in the European Parliament, which was attended by the Georgian Prime Minister. According to Kaladze, the European Parliament made quite positive statements about the current elections in Georgia.

Critical statements made by European politicians are unacceptable for Kakha Kaladze. He says that only a few of them have criticized the ruling team, which the Tbilisi Mayor calls "false-based" statements.

"During this visit, it is clearly expressed that the pre-election environment in Georgia is fair, competitive and most importantly peaceful. There are more than 400 representatives in the European Parliament, and four MPs made statements, that are basically based on falsehood and have nothing to do with reality, "said Kakha Kaladze.
