73 local observers and 58 international organizations will observe the second round of the presidential election.
Like in the first round, on November 28-29, NGO Media Center will work again, where observers will inform journalists about the election process.
The announcements are currently posted on the "Facebook" page of the Media Center.
Today, three leading NGOs will evaluate the pre-election environment of the second round of the presidential election at a special briefing.
"This pre-election environment was quite tense and sharply polarized, including negative campaigns. We will be present at 650 polling stations, which are randomly selected electoral precincts where our observers will be sent throughout Georgia, "said the executive director of the International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy Mikheil Benidze.
