Manipulation with ballot boxes - CEC chairperson answers accusations of opposition

Tamar Zhvania, the Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of Georgia responds to the accusations of opposition regarding the mobile ballot boxes.

The case concerns the statement of United Opposition according to which the number of mobile ballot boxes is significantly increased compared to the first round. Tamar Zhvania notes that even if the number of mobile boxes in each district does not exceed 3 per cent, this is not a violation.

According to Zhvania, the mobile box lists were approved yesterday and according to the information available, the number of mobile boxes in the polling station does not exceed 2% on average.
