"Unfortunately, the voting day is proceeding on the background of total violation," said the international law specialist David Jandierii. He informed citizens about the violations reported by the Legal Response Team.

"There is a massive violation of the voting secrecy, in particular, the electorate is forced to come out of the voting booth with an open ballot paper. In some cases, voters vote publicly in front of third parties, thus violating the voting secrecy. Secondly, the problem is the mobile ballot box where actions of the members of the commission are illegal. Specifically, they directly indicate which number should be marked, then the ballot is placed in the envelope and placed in the box. Third, there were cases when voters who had markers were allowed again to enter the polling station and given the opportunity to vote again. Fourth, there is a tendency that voters registered
for voting by means of the mobile ballot box still go to the polling station and vote again, "- Davit Jandieri said.

Jandieri also speaks about massive cases of money transfer and says these facts are fixed directly in the vicinity of the polling station. Jandieri says that the representatives of the organization do not leave the above mentioned facts without response.

The international law specialist urges the CEC and law enforcement agencies to react to the legitimacy of the elections.
