"The voter turnout at 17.00 is 47.2% which is higher than in the first round," the Executive Director of the ISFED said at a special briefing.

Mikheil Benidze spoke about violations revealed in the second round of elections. Till now the ISFED has submitted 37 complaints to the PECs and 38 in the DECs .

" Mobilization of Activists and so-called coordinators of Georgian Dream continues near the polling stations. Different procedural violations have been observed at polling stations, including violations related to the mobile ballot boxes, "said Benidze.

Benidze drew attention to alleged attempts to influence the will of the voters.
