Representatives of the opposition can not participate in the US election process. Other voters have problems as well, because it is a working day and the majority of voters are not able to go to the polls.

There are 912 citizens in the list, which means that 59 voters are added to the list after the first round.

Badri Meburishvili, who was a member of the Commission on the first round and now has a status of an observer from United Opposition, says he is registered in New York and is not allowed to vote in Washington.

The polling stations will be closed at 12 o"clock in Washington and New York and the results will be announced tonight.
