Tbilisi Sakrebulo faction "United National Movement" starts legal dispute against Otar Partskhaladze and Tbilisi City Hall.
The Sakrebulo opposition has already prepared a suit that will be submitted to the Chief Prosecutor"s Office in the nearest future.
The case concerns the transfer of more than 1500 square meters of land in the middle of Vake to the company related to Otar Partskhaladze by Tbilisi City Hall.
At the end of last year, the City Hall terminated the 10-year lease agreement with the Psychological Service Center. Kakha Kaladze issued a decree in two days and the process of transferring the territory began.
"The Mayor of Tbilisi was involved in elaboration of this mafia scheme, as well as several high-ranking officials who took decision. . We are ready to submit documents to the Prosecutor"s Office to launch the case on abuse of official power and misappropriation of state property, "said Irakli Nadiradze, a member of the UNM.
