GYLA"s suit against Dimitri Gvritishvili - "Young Lawyers" Speak about Violation of Ethics` Rules

GYLA against Dimitri Gvritishvili - "Young Lawyers" accuses him of violating the law on Common Courts.
The case concerns the violation of ethics rules and inappropriate public statements for the judge.
NGO will file complain to the Supreme Council of Justice today.
GYLA requests response to this fact from an independent inspector.
" He often speaks in a wrong and abusive manner, all this is a disciplinary violation, damaging the image of the court," says Ekaterine Tsimakuridze, coordinator of the Georgian Young Lawyers" Association.
