The first was to cancel the teacher"s testing, then the revocation of the exams in the school, now the entrance exams will be abolished in the direction of skills. At the same time, it is extremely simplified for authorization by higher education institutions. We see that the government"s policy is absolutely incompatible with international standards in this direction and it further worsens the quality of education in the country, "said Roman Gotsiridze.
According to the Education Minister, Mikheil Batiashvili, CAT exams in schools and skill tests will be excluded from entrance exams in higher education institutions.
