Gocha Svanidze, the President of the Georgian Rugby Union, left his post.

The reason for resignation is the crisis in Georgian rugby and the non-renewal of the Georgian championship.

It should be mentioned that Gocha Svanidze was the President of the Georgian Rugby Union since 2015.
