Lawyer Shota Tutberidze accuses the law enforcers of illegal detention.

According to Tutberidze, he was detained by the police for trying to find out the whereabouts of his client.

As Tutberidze writes on his Facebook page, he was first detained in a patrol car for several hours and then fined for disobeying police
