Nodar Meladze, the Head of the news department of TV Pirveli, has been summoned to the Prosecutor’s office today regarding the case of audio recordings.

He requested an interrogation in the presence of a magistrate judge. As Meladze said, he will not provide any information about the source to the investigative agencies.

“I will not name the source, even if the source is my biggest enemy. I have a professional obligation not to name the source and not to provide the investigative agency with any material that will help them identify the source”, - said the Head of the news department of TV Pirveli.
