Movement restrictions will start from 23:00 on May 1 and last till 04:00 on May 2. Such a decision was made today by the Interagency Coordination Council.
“As for the upcoming Feast of Easter, as a result of communication with the Patriarchate of Georgia, it has been decided to hold the Divine Liturgy in churches in compliance with epidemiological safety norms, including PA systems installed on church premises, and social distancing and facemask use observed. Also, as an exception, the current restriction on movement will be amended just for one night, namely to apply from 11 PM, May 1 to 4 AM, May 2, in light of the upcoming Easter Liturgy”, - said the Head of the Task Force under the Interagency Coordination Council Giorgi Ghibradze.
