Traffic is restricted in Didi Digomi, on the part of Tavdadebuli Street. Patrol police crews blocked the territory last night because of the strong wind.

According to the locals, heavy items are falling from the building under construction and passing through the surrounding area is dangerous.

The wind intensified in Tbilisi yesterday afternoon.
