Anti-Namakhvani protest continues in the Rioni Gorge. Opponents of HPP started gathering at ENKA construction site at 5 am. Rioni’s defenders were called to this action by Varlam Goletiani yesterday, at the end of the day. According to the existing information, some employees of ENKA Company left the gorge.

Goletiani said they had the information that ENKA planned to transfer its personnel from Gumati village to Kutaisi.

“We will not allow them to return to the gorge. We will block the gorge. The protest will continue to prevent the company employees to resume construction works”, - added Goletiani.
