The Embassy of the United States of America to Georgia has issued a warning statement regarding the rallies planned in front of the Parliament on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi and urges American citizens to avoid moving downtown.

“Exercise caution when traveling downtown and avoid the gathering. Large crowds are unpredictable and confrontations and violence between event attendees, counterdemonstrators, and police can occur without warning”, - reads the statement.
