The temperature in Georgia will increase significantly in the coming days. According to the National Environment Agency, the temperature in western Georgia on August 6-7 may exceed 40 degrees, and on August 7-9 in eastern Georgia will exceed 39 degrees.
On August 6-7, strong winds from the east will blow in the coastal areas of the Black Sea, in Upper Imereti, in the Kolkheti lowlands, and the Gori - Surami section.
The National Environment Agency notes that high air temperatures and strong winds will trigger forest fires.
