Most of COVID-related hospitalization and deaths are observed among unvaccinated patients. Such a statement made today the Deputy Health Minister.

According to Tamar Gabunia death cases dominate among persons aged above 70.

She also told reporters after meeting with the heads of the clinics that the field hospitals will be used if the need arises.

“Fortunately, there is some stabilization in the hospital sector as well. There are about 7200 cases that are being treated in the hospital today”, - added Gabunia.
