The wall first-floor wall of the 5-story apartment building on Rurua street in Batumi has been cracked.

The building was reportedly hardly fit for human habitation.

According to the Batumi City Hall, all the residents of the damaged building will receive flats. They say that 72 families are already being provided with accommodation.

Law enforcement officers are on the scene.
