Ukrainian President said that he is personally involved in negotiations with the Georgian authorities regarding Mikheil Saakashvili.

Volodymyr Zelensky noted that he has been receiving letters from Saakashvili, adding that ‘I provide him with information.’

“I contacted the Georgian government on behalf of Mikheil Saakashvili’s family members, the Georgian side did not refuse my request.

One more issue remains unsolved which includes the involvement of Ukrainian physicians in the treatment of the ex-president, negotiations regarding this issue are ongoing.

European Council President Charles Michel is also involved in the process”, - said the President of Ukraine.
