The helicopter belonging to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Border Police lost control and crashed during the rescue operation of paragliders who fell in Gudauri.

“In addition to the crew members, there were rescuers and medics from the emergency management service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on board.

All the details about the incident are being clarified and the MIA will provide additional information to the public”, - reads the statement of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
