According to Irakli Kobakhidze, the Georgian authorities became publicly aware of the 5 countries.

“Although after the [European] Council, representatives of other countries, foreign ministers made statements against the sanctions at briefings or during interviews. We will continue consultations with all countries that support the Georgian people”, - said the Head of the Government.
