Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theater is preparing for the premiere.

The premiere performances of one of the most famous operas of Giuseppe Verdi, “Otello” will be held from today until April 28. Both Georgian and foreign singers and conductors will take part in the staging of the Monte-Carlo Opera House.

The last time “Othello” was performed on the stage of Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theater 30 years ago.
