Kibar Khalvashi has released a statement on his meeting with the President. He  named his conditions for taking part in TV debates.

" The meeting with the President of Georgia caused a stir in media.

I would like to thank Mr. President for his timely respond to our request and for meeting with us. We   told him everything about the legal aspect and asked to monitor the Court Proceeding as the court is being pressured by United National Movement and we face the attempts to influence the court proceedings. We asked the president to assign his representative, who will attend the process and have   a real and unbiased information .

I would also like to point out that after the meeting almost all TV channels invited me , I would like to thank them for their interest and apologize, because at this point I don"t think it is necessary to discuss this issue .

I would receive the invitation only if any TV channel arranges my debates with Mikheil Saakashvili.

I assure you, my debates with Saakashvili will end litigation in a few minutes,"- is stated in the announcement.
