A Hearing on the Rustavi2"s Case has began at the Tbilisi City Court. The Lawyers are going to appeal with a few motions.

Rustavi 2"s lawyers will demand to attach Kibar Khalvashi"s announcement to the case as an evidence. The announcement was published on his facebook page four days ago. He claims that he had an information on balance amount in his computer,  printed it out and submitted to his lawyers.

According to lawyers, the plaintiff has the original of the document, which was signed by Berianidze , which rules out accuracy of Kibar Khalvashi"s announcement.

The representatives of the EU and the US Embassy are attending the process.
