Regulation on immediate enforcement is suspended- A constitutional court accepted the case of Rustavi2

The Constitutional Court has accepted the lawsuit of Rustavi 2 and suspended the norm on the immediate enforcement before taking a decision.

Rustavi 2 appealed to the Constitutional Court on October 26. The Lawyers pointed out on the shortcomings of the article and demanded to abolish those articles, which may be used by the judge Urtmelidze against Rustavi2.
