Rezo Sakevarishvili and Davit Dvali, the new appointed CEO’s of “Rustavi 2” are spreading a statement. 

"Because the 5 November Municipal Court’s decision isn’t final, and because there is possible that we aren’t on this position for a long period. We decided to wait until the final verdict.” – They say in own announcement. 

The interim rulers of the Broadcasting Company are addressing to the operating managers of Rustavi 2. They can name any candidate for General and Chief Financial Officer who immediately will be granted full authority for the management of the station. 

"We are the most interested that the station can continue broadcasting without interruption. This is the key demand of the Georgian society," - said in the statement.
