Lasha Talakhadze elected President of the Weightlifting Federation

Lasha Talakhadze has been elected president of the National Weightlifting Federation of Georgia. The 3-time Olympic champion will lead the national federation for the next 4 years.

He was unanimously elected as the head of the federation by the voting delegates.

The following board members were also approved:
