Non-member of the Council of Justice of Georgia, Eva Gotsiridze said that Tamaz Urtmelidze was, in fact, anathematized by the society.
Gotsiridze said that she is sorry for the Appeal Court judges, who will have to discuss the case of Rustavi 2. According to her, the judges will find themselves under a moral pressure.

Eva Gotsiridze was elected as a member of the Council by the Parliament"s resolution on 14 July 2013.
