The substantive hearing of the case of Mzia Amaghlobeli, founder of the "Batumelebi" and "Netgazeti", continues at the Batumi City Court. 

There was a commotion before the hearing began. Grigol Beselia and Irakli Dgebuadze were greeted with shouts from Amaghlobeli`s supporters as they entered the courtroom. Both are witnesses for the Prosecution. Grigol Beselia is currently being questioned.

Mzia Amaghlobeli has been charged under Article 353 of the Criminal Code, which refers to assault on a police officer.
