Georgian Parliament appeals to the Constitutional Court with a request to recuse two judges- Konstantine Vardzelashvili and Maia Kopaleishvili. According to the parliament both of the judges were working with Nika Gvaramia in the past.

Judge Konstantine Vardzelashvili said that he had never worked with Nika Gvaramia.As for his wife, she worked in the Ministry of Education with Gvaramia for 5 months, after which she left the ministry.

Konstantine Vardzelashvili confirms that he really worked with Levan Berdzenishvili on the projects of Bank Cartu for years.

"My wife was working with Nika Gvaramia at the ministry of Education for about five months, after that she resigned. The panel of judges will discuss if this is a basis for doubts.

I was working at the Ministry of Justice in 2004-2006 years. When I was working at the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry was not headed nor by Adeishvili, neither by Gvaramia,"- said Konstantine Vardzelashvili.
