A sitting of the Constitutional Court starts right now. The session where the appeal of TV Sakartvelo"s lawyers should be discussed was scheduled for  i 11 am, but was delayed due to the fact that the representatives of the Parliament, which is one of the parties in the dispute, arrived later to Batumi.

In the appeal  TV Sakartvelo"s lawyers request to abolish the law"s provisions, according to which the Judge Tamaz Urtmeldze appointed a temporary management in Rustavi2.

" We demand to suspend this norm of the constitution till the final verdict will be announced on the case, because Judge Urtmelidze"s decision may cause  significant damage, and the damage which will be irreversible," - said Dmitry Sadzaglishvili.
