Appointment of the temporary managers in Rustavi2 was appealed  at the City Court. Representatives of TV Sakartvelo and brothers Karamanishvili appealed to the court with the request to suspend the ruling of November 5. The Lawyers stated that otherwise the company will fail to comply with the budgetary and other obligations, and its functionality will be questioned. "Urtmelidze bypassed the Constitutional Court and sent the temporary rulers, so called censors to Rustavi2. We request to suspend the ruling till the final verdict of the court, "- said Zaza Bibilashvili.
