Zaal Udumashvili refuses to perform duties of director General of Rustavi2 and calls on the temporary managers appointed by Judge Urtmelidze to remotely fulfill their rights and obligations .

" We have heard a complete absurd from so called temporary managers appointed by Tamaz Urtmelidze. I want to know if the confidential conversations are subjects for  public announcements.

I confirm that I met Davit Dvali according to his request two days ago. The conversation continued for two hours. I represented our position and explained that this was a fight led by the government and he was a weapon in this process. he had his position. We could not agree.

I"m interested how the document was registered by the State registry without my signature. This document is illegal. I am the first Deputy Director general of Rustavi2.  I"m not an experienced financier and  I can not take this responsibility.  They want to bring the company to the deadlock , but they will not be able to do it.

I can not accept this responsibility because it is illegal. You have all the rights and obligations delivered by Tamaz Urtmelidze, So you have the rights and you can  remotely perform your duties and the financial obligations ,"- said Mr. Udumashvili.
