Constitutional Court rejected one more request of Parliament

The Constitutional Court has not satisfied the Parliament third mption today. The motion cmcerns the request of the Parliament to include Doctor of Law Gia Liluashvili in the consideration of Rustavi 2 case.

The demand was raised by the Parliament after the Constitutional Court refused to recuse judges and consider the case by the plenum.
