Tamaz Urtmelidze has overturned his ruling and reinstated Nika Gvaramia. The information was released on City Court Facebook page a few minutes ago.

"Tbilisi City Court decided to partially satisfy appeal on the court"s decision of November 3, 2015, of Levan Karamanishvili, Giorgi Karamanishvili and LLC "" TV Company -Georgia" .
While considering the appeal, the court took into consideration the public statements made by the plaintiff Kibar Khalvashi who stated that in the end of the n court dispute he would transfer shares of Ltd. "" Rustavi 2 "" to David Dvali. For these reasons, the judgment of the court of November 5, 2015 on the appointment of the provisional government with regard to David Dvali was canceled, and with regard to Sakevarishvili left in force.
Temporary managers - David Dvali and Revaz Sakevarishvili, presented their position to the court indicating that they will take up their duties after the court ruling of November 5, 2015 comes into force.

The verdict can be appealed within 5 days in the Tbilisi City Court, "- the statement says.
