A break was announced on the hearing at the Constitutional Court. Before the break a law specialist invited with the request of the parliament expressed his position .

Gia Liluashvili  noticed  several times that the norms used by Tamaz Urtmelidze by taking decision on Rustavi2"s case were not against the constitution, it was just the Judge"s mistake.

" I think perhaps it would be better not to give these rights to temporary managers .

I am sure that these norms are s  not  against any Constitutional  norm.  None of the articles should be sacrificed to Judge"s mistake," - said Liluashvili.

The Specialist was not bale to answer the questions and the judges had to remind him several times, why he was invited at the session.
