Barack Obama offers a full support to France in the fight with terrorism. The US President commented on the threat of an Islamic State in the Summit, in Manila.

Barack Obama promised help to allies and offered Russia to get engaged in a campaign. According to him , Russia should change tactics and t instead of supporting Bashar al-Assad, focus on defeating the ISIS.

The US President plans to hold talks with Vladimir Putin on this issue.
