At the moment, the fortieth mass baptism is being conducted in the Holy Trinity Cathedral. Patriarch will become the godfather of 800 children. Ilia II has already baptized 26 thousand newborns . Mass christening ceremony is held once every two months, and now it coincided with St.George"s Day celebrations.

Among those baptized are Rustavi 2 employee`s Malkhaz Megrelishvili`s twin girls . Their godparents will be our colleagues Tamar Chavchavadze and Natia Gogsadze.
