Russia"s Foreign Minister assessed the fact as a planed provocation and underlined that Russia was not going to have a war with Turkey. However, the Russian military command has been cut off contact with his Turkish counterparts and the air defense system deployment decision.
Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke about the incident and accused Turkey of supporting islamization policies.
