Soso Jachvliani`s initiative violates rights of people with disabilities

MP Soso Jachvliani initiative may lead to protests. Besides the NGOs, the opponents of the proposal may be Soso Jachvliani`s teammates.

MP protests against towing the cars parked on the sidewalk and requires only fine for such violation. Soso Jachvliani deems unacceptable the amount of fine required to get the towed car back.

According to NGOs, Jatchvliani`s initiative is in direct violation of the rights of persons with disabilities and passersbys.

It is possible that alongside with the discussion of the bill , the non-governmental organizations will start protest rally.
